Banque BEMO launches its cutting-edge “Virtual Platform”, in a ceremony held at ESA Business School, in the presence of clients, partners, journalists, editors, senior executives and the Digital Agency Cre8mania
In line with its digital transformation strategy, “Banque BEMO Virtual Platform” fosters the shift from traditional Relationship Management to Virtual Relationship Management offering an inclusive, modern and personalized channel to address the customers’ banking needs with both the human relation and the efficiency of the electronic banking.
During the ceremony, Mr. Maxence Duault, General Director of ESA Business School congratulated Banque BEMO and its team “for always fostering optimism and positivity in these difficult times through various art and cultural initiatives and for the launching of “BEMO Virtual Platform” in the era of Artificial Intelligence and modern technology”.
Then, Dr. Riad Obegi, Banque BEMO Chairman of the Board of Directors, welcomed and addressed the audience saying, “The world is changing fast. We might expect that soon robots will be doing most of our jobs, but what is sure is that it will take time for robots to connect emotionally with us and to act humanly. This is why BEMO Virtual Platform has the ambition to offer the best of two worlds, technology and human attention”.
Then, Ms. Lamia Ataya – Private Banking Foreign Clients Manager, conducted a presentation on the platform’s features, including a simulation on the various interactions between clients and the Bank’s Relationship Managers.
With this initiative, Banque BEMO reaffirms once again its statement, “2023 is the year of Revival II”.
