Banque BEMO expanded the scope of its Telecommuting initiative through offering a combination of non-traditional work settings and locations in supplement of traditional offices. 
The aim is to offer an agile individual and group working experience, embrace flexible working practices and entrepreneurial spirit, increase productivity, and inspire innovation and creativity.
